Made during Covid-19 lockdowns across the UK, I Don’t Want an Empty Degree by Oscar Parkinson is part of a project by Ellis Tree and Ruby Betts, where the two collected a series of letters by art students and sent them to then minister for universities Michelle Donelan. The letters challenged the government’s response to the pandemic and the impact it was having on their education
