AIA, NCARB, LEED-AP BD+C, REALTOR
Bachelor of Architecture, University of Kansas, 2001
Hello. I’m Lucy. I have been practicing architecture for 20 years and in 2009, I established my own design studio. As a sole practitioner, I appreciate working through all aspects of a project, from concept development through completion of construction. Two of my super powers are my attention to detail and my ability to organize anything.
My architectural experience has covered projects of varying scale and programs including performing arts centers, higher education, corporate offices, municipal buildings, state parks, some residential work and sustainable design consulting. I have extensive knowledge and experience in sustainable design technologies and the LEED process. I am a registered architect in the States of Missouri, New York and Illinois and also hold an NCARB certificate as well as a Missouri Real Estate license. I have been a LEED-AP since 2003 and am certified by the Construction Specifications Institute as a Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) as well as a Certified Construction Specifier (CCS). I am an active member of the AIA St. Louis Chapter, having served as the 2019 Chapter President.
Outside of the studio, I enjoy spending my time renovating my mid-century modern house, rekindling my love of photography and playing outside with my sidekick- my 8 year old “puppy”- Beatrix.
Lucy C. Williams, Architect brings together architecture, sustainable design, real estate and development into one studio.
I am passionate about forward thinking, thought-provoking modern architecture combined with functional, affordable, and sustainable solutions.
