Love at First Sight

When you know, you know.  When this one came on the market, I knew right away that I had to get in there to see it.  This was the one!  My wish-list was: mid-century modern, fixer-upper, in a quiet and safe location.  Preferably a home with deferred maintenance and the price refelcting that.  Something right sized, that I could update and put my own mark on.  Check, check, check!!!  Needless to say, I got the house and I’m so excited to share my plans for improvements and updates.  Scroll through the listing photos to see what made me fall in love with this one, and to get a sense of the quirkiness and unique character.
